FAQ & HELP CENTER
I. Order & Inquiry
MOQs vary by product. Business cards and flyers start from 10–50 pieces. Gift boxes and brochures generally require a minimum of 500 pieces. Please consult customer service for details.
Standard products (business cards, flyers): 3–5 working days
Complex products (brochures, packaging boxes): 7–12 working days
Rush service is available upon request with an additional rush fee. Time excludes shipping.
We offer courier and logistics delivery. Shipping cost is charged based on actual weight or volume.
II. Design & Files
Free basic typesetting is included (adding logo, adjusting text layout). Full professional design is charged separately. We recommend providing print-ready files for cost efficiency.
The standard print resolution is 300 DPI. Images below 300 DPI (e.g. web images at 72 DPI) will appear blurry and unprintable. For large-format displays, resolution may be reduced to 150–200 DPI.
Bleed is the extended area outside the final trim size to prevent white edges after cutting. Standard bleed: 3 mm on all sides. Example: A4 finished size 210×297 mm → artwork size 216×303 mm.
III. Paper & Finishing
- Coated Art Paper: Glossy, high brightness, most commonly used
- Dull Coated Paper / Matte Art Paper: Smooth, non-reflective, upscale appearance
- White Cardboard: Stiff and thick, ideal for boxes and cards
- Kraft Paper: Vintage, natural style
- Specialty Paper: Textured, premium tactile finish
Lamination is a thin plastic film applied to the printed surface.
Gloss lamination: Shiny, wear-resistant
Matte lamination: Soft, anti-scratch, elegant
Lamination is highly recommended for covers to resist dirt, moisture and scratches. Inner pages are usually not laminated.
These decorative finishes require vector outline files (e.g. AI format). Pricing is based on area, with a minimum setup charge (e.g. from ¥200). They are highly effective for small logos.
Yes. Custom die cutting requires a die cut mold, and mold cost is borne by the client.
IV. Pricing & After-Sales
Total Price = Material Cost + Printing Cost + Finishing Cost + Shipping Cost. Price is affected by quantity, paper, finishing and lead time. Unit cost decreases with higher quantity.
Yes.
Digital proof: Fast, economical (dozens of RMB), color tolerance ±10–20%
Press proof: Highly accurate, expensive (hundreds of RMB), almost identical to final product
A color tolerance of ±10% is industry standard (affected by paper, batch and ink). Severe color distortion (e.g., red printed as green) qualifies for free reprint. Color shifts caused by RGB-to-CMYK conversion in client files are not considered quality defects.
Please provide unboxing video evidence and contact customer service within 24 hours. We will arrange re-delivery, refund or partial refund accordingly. A normal wastage of 3–5% is acceptable in printing.
V. Others
Yes. We can sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). All files and waste sheets will be destroyed after production.
Rush service is available. Rush fee is generally 20%–50% of total order value, depending on how much the lead time is shortened (e.g., from 7 days to 3 days).
